We are trying to understand the long-term operational commitment of this 24-month timeline. Does this mean we are locked into a multi-year consulting contract with you, or how does the actual agreement structure function as we transition from quarter to quarter?

Let us be clear: you are never locked into a long term contract. Our engagement runs on a session by session basis. While we plan for a standard twenty four month timeline to completely implement and master the Entrepreneurial Operating System, you only pay for one session at a time. If you do not find value, or if you decide this path is not right for your company, you can walk away at any point. We structure the engagement this way because mutual commitment must be earned every single quarter, not enforced by a legal document. Over the twenty four months, our work moves through distinct phases. We start with heavy facilitation, teaching you the foundational tools and establishing your meeting pulse. As your leadership team builds execution muscle, my role shifts from teaching to coaching and facilitating. Eventually, you graduate because you no longer need an outside facilitator to run your meetings. You own the system, and your team is fully self sufficient. This approach ensures you are investing in actual capability, not a permanent dependency.
