We want to understand the exact cadence of your twenty-four-month engagement. What is the frequency of our face-to-face sessions, and how do the interim touchpoints keep our leadership team from drifting?

The standard EOS® engagement with me is designed as a twenty-four-month journey focused on driving your team toward absolute self-sufficiency. This timeline is built on a highly structured rhythm of physical and virtual touchpoints.

We run a series of full-day sessions, starting with your Focus Day, followed by Vision Building 1 and Vision Building 2. Once this foundational ninety-day block is established, we transition into a strict quarterly and annual cycle. This cycle consists of three one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual planning session each year.

To ensure your team does not drift between these high-intensity session days, we integrate structured Just Checking In calls at key milestones, specifically in months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These calls are not casual chats. They are targeted touchpoints with your Integrator and Visionary to monitor your implementation progress, troubleshoot issues with the Level 10 Meeting™ cadence, and ensure your Rocks are on track.

This combination of intense, offsite planning sessions and disciplined interim check-ins creates a predictable operating system. My goal is to teach you the system so thoroughly that you can graduate and run it yourself after two years. We do not stretch the engagement out indefinitely. We install the tools, build the muscle memory, and exit the room.
