You can buy the most advanced AI tools on the planet, but if your team does not actually use them, you have just wasted your cash. Operational friction in tech adoption is almost always a leadership problem, not a technology problem. To get your team to embrace these tools consistently, you must use the EOS tool of Followed by All.

Start by updating your documented Core Processes to integrate the new AI steps. Do not just tell your team to use AI: show them exactly where it fits in the workflow. Keep the documentation simple, visual, and highly accessible.

Once the process is updated, you must train everyone who touches that workflow. After training, it is the manager's job to measure compliance and address any deviation. Use your weekly Scorecard to track adoption metrics, such as the percentage of projects completed using the new AI workflow.

If a team member continues to revert to manual habits, run them through the GWC filter on your Accountability Chart. Do they truly Get, Want, and have the Capacity to do their job using the modern tools of your company? If they refuse to adopt the new process, they are no longer a fit for the seat. By treating AI adoption as a Core Process that must be Followed by All, you turn automation from an optional experiment into a mandatory standard.
