We have settled into a pattern where our weekly to-do completion rate sits around seventy-five percent, and while everyone agrees ninety percent is the target, there are zero consequences for missing it week after week. How does the Integrator enforce this standard without micromanaging?

When your weekly to-do completion rate drops below ninety percent with zero consequences, you are slowly eroding the accountability culture of your entire organization. A to-do is not a suggestion. It is a firm, seven-day commitment made to your peers.

To correct this without micromanaging, the Integrator must use the Level 10 Meeting™ itself as the accountability mechanism. First, enforce the two-week rule. If a to-do is not completed after two weeks, it is not allowed to simply roll over a third time. It must be immediately dropped to the Issues List.

During the IDS® portion, the team must solve why the owner is failing to complete their tasks. This is not about scolding. It is about identifying the root cause.

- Does the leader lack the capacity to execute?
- Are they struggling with a skill gap in their seat on the Accountability Chart?
- Are they failing to delegate?
- Do they not GWC™ their seat?

By putting the late to-dos on the Issues List, you turn a performance issue into a collective problem-solving exercise. If a leader consistently misses their to-dos and resists solving the root cause, it becomes a people issue. The Integrator must handle this outside of the meeting. Inside the meeting, hold the line. Ninety percent is the standard because execution is what builds enterprise value and prepares your business for a clean exit.
