We have leaders who stay quiet during the Level 10 Meeting but immediately Slack their opinions or disagree with decisions the moment the meeting ends. How do we shut down this post-meeting chatter and force them to speak during the pulse?

Post-meeting feedback is toxic to a healthy team dynamic. When leaders stay silent during the weekly Level 10 Meeting and then use private chat channels or side conversations to voice their objections, they are actively undermining the team and showing a lack of commitment.

In EOS, we live by a simple rule, enter the danger. Healthy conflict must happen in the room, during the meeting. If you do not speak up during the IDS session, you forfeit your right to complain afterward. You must commit to the team decision once the meeting concludes.

To break this habit, the Integrator must call out the behavior immediately. If a leader sends a post-meeting message challenging a decision, do not engage in a digital debate. Simply reply that the issue was solved in the meeting, and if they want to reopen it, they must add it to the issues list for next week.

During the next Level 10 Meeting, use the rating section at the end to address this. If people are withholding their true thoughts during the meeting, the meeting is a failure, and it should not be rated a ten. Force the issue. Let the silent leader know that their silent disagreement is a performance issue in their seat. True accountability requires real-time candor, not post-meeting sniping.
