We do not want to become permanently dependent on an outside facilitator. What is the typical life cycle of our engagement with you before we are fully equipped to run this system internally?
My ultimate goal as your EOS Implementer® is to make myself obsolete. A typical engagement runs between eighteen and twenty-four months. This timeframe is not arbitrary; it is the time required to build deep organizational muscle memory, break old habits, and complete several full quarterly and annual planning cycles.
During the first nine to twelve months, I am heavily hands-on. I facilitate your Focus Day, your initial quarterly sessions, and your first annual planning session. I teach you the tools, enforce the discipline, and guide you through the initial friction of restructuring your leadership team and aligning your vision.
In the second year, the dynamic shifts. I transition from teaching the system to coaching your execution. We focus on cascading the tools down to your middle managers and refining your operational efficiency.
By the end of this period, your team will have mastered the Level 10 Meeting™, the IDS® process, and quarterly goal setting. Once you can run your own quarterly and annual sessions with the same rigor, objectivity, and accountability as I do, you graduate. We will mutually agree when you are ready to transition to running the system internally, leaving you with a self-sustaining, high-performing organization.
