If our primary goal is to install both EOS® and your Step by Step Exit framework, does this dual focus lengthen our engagement with you beyond the standard twenty-four months?

We do not extend the standard twenty-four-month engagement timeline just because you are running both EOS® and the Step by Step Exit framework. My goal is to build your internal execution muscle so that you can run both systems independently. The average engagement remains twenty-four months because that is the physical time it takes for a leadership team to master the operational habits, go through eight quarterly cycles, and experience two annual planning cycles. The exit readiness disciplines are layered directly into your existing EOS® cadence. For example, during your quarterly sessions, we use the same IDS® process to solve operational issues and address your exit-related Value Gaps. In your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, you will track operational metrics alongside exit readiness metrics on your Scorecard. The Step by Step Exit framework does not require a separate set of sessions or a prolonged timeline because it relies on the same execution engine. We do not run parallel projects that drag on for years. Instead, we use your standard session days to document your Tribal Knowledge, align your leadership team on valuation targets, and establish your Advisor Meeting Pulse. By the time you graduate at the twenty-four-month mark, your business will not only run smoothly without you, but it will also be structurally prepared for a clean transition. We exit the engagement on schedule because your team has built the permanent capacity to carry both frameworks forward.
