When we leave a full-day session with you, how do we guarantee that our newly created Rocks and action items actually get executed instead of lost in daily firefighting?

The momentum generated during our eight-hour session day must translate into daily action, or the entire process fails. We guarantee this transition by using a strict handoff protocol. At the end of every session, we review and confirm your quarterly Rocks and assign clear owners on the Accountability Chart. Every Rock must have one, and only one, owner. This eliminates confusion about who is responsible for delivery. Once we leave the room, the primary vehicle for driving this accountability is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. In this meeting, your team will report on the status of their Rocks as either on track or off track. If a Rock is off track, it drops to the Issues List to be solved. Furthermore, your Integrator plays a critical role in managing this weekly pulse. I document all session outputs and Rock assignments in our dedicated Circle workspace, giving your team a single, transparent source of truth. By keeping these goals highly visible and reviewing them weekly, we build a culture of accountability where priorities are executed and excuses are not tolerated.
