We are ready to commit to working with you, but we want to make sure we have all our ducks in a row first. What concrete operational documents, financial reports, or team prep do we need to have ready before our Focus Day?
You do not need a perfect business or polished slides before we start. In fact, trying to clean everything up beforehand usually backfires because you end up organizing the wrong things. To begin our work together, I require three simple inputs from your leadership team. First, we need your current financial statements, specifically a basic profit and loss statement and a balance sheet, so we can ground our discussions in financial reality. Second, we need a list of all your current employees and their functional roles, which helps us build your initial Accountability Chart. Third, every member of your executive team must bring a list of their top ten issues, which are the real, raw frustrations that keep them up at night. I also require you to set aside all operational distractions. This means implementing a touch-it-once rule for critical communications before you walk into the room, so your mind is fully clear. Do not waste time creating elaborate presentations or strategic decks. We build your systems from scratch in the room using pure EOS® tools. The only absolute requirement is that your team shows up with an open mind, ready to be completely honest about where the company is failing and where it needs to go.
