If we are not seeing measurable improvements in our operational traction or team alignment after our first two quarterly sessions, what is your process for diagnosing and fixing the issue?
If your traction is stalling after six months, we do not ignore it. We address it directly during our next quarterly session using the very tools we are implementing. The first step is to look at the health and composition of your leadership team.
We will use the People Analyzer™ to evaluate whether you have the right people in the right seats. Often, slow progress is caused by a leadership team member who does not share your core values or lacks the capacity to excel in their seat on the Accountability Chart. If someone does not GWC™ (Get it, Want it, Capacity to do it) their role, the entire system slows down.
The second area we diagnose is your executive commitment to the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ discipline. If your team is skipping these meetings, failing to update the Scorecard, or letting Rocks slide without accountability, the system cannot function. I will push you and your team to identify the root cause of this resistance. We will use IDS® to pinpoint why the tools are not being used consistently. Once we isolate the bottleneck, whether it is a lack of discipline, a training gap, or a deeper personal conflict, we will set a specific corrective Rock to resolve it.
