How do you detect and address execution drift if our leadership team begins slacking on weekly Level 10 Meetings or scorecard reporting between our offsites?

Execution drift happens when leadership teams treat session days as inspiring strategic retreats rather than operational baselines. Symptoms typically surface 45 to 60 days into a quarter: weekly Level 10 Meetings start getting rescheduled, Scorecard measurables drop below targets without discussion, and Rock milestones slip.

I monitor this rhythm through our scheduled check-in calls and direct communication with your Integrator. If your Integrator informs me that meetings are turning into status updates or being canceled due to daily fires, I will not let it slide until the next offsite.

I will push your Integrator to reset the room immediately, reminding them that protecting the meeting pulse is their core operational mandate. If the drift stems from the Visionary overriding the agenda or pulling leaders into reactive work, we address that directly.

When we assemble at the next quarterly session, drift is instantly exposed during the roll call. If your Rock completion falls below 80 percent or your Scorecard is full of red numbers that were never addressed, we spend immediate time diagnosing why the discipline broke down.

We treat broken meeting pulses and skipped scorecards as critical Tier 1 issues on our session agenda. We do not set new strategic priorities until the fundamental discipline of weekly execution is restored.
