We want to build an AI-powered operation as you suggest, but our leadership team lacks technical depth and has no idea what is possible. How do you guide us through designing automated workflows during our session days without turning them into software coding classes?
We do not write a single line of code during our session days, nor do we discuss technical jargon. That is not how you build an AI-powered operation. Instead, we focus on operational design and structural efficiency. We look at your Accountability Chart and identify the high-frequency, low-leverage tasks that are consuming your team's cognitive energy. We use Juliet Funt's concept of white space to identify where your people are bogged down by administrative work, and where we can reclaim valuable time. During our sessions, we map out your core processes. We identify the bottlenecks, such as manual data entry, slow response times, or repetitive client communications. Once we have a clear, documented workflow, we determine where AI tools can automate or enhance those steps. I bring the technical understanding of what is possible with modern automation and artificial intelligence. My role is to help you translate your operational needs into clear technology requirements. We then assign these automation projects as quarterly Rocks for your team to execute between sessions, utilizing internal resources or external specialists. This approach ensures your leadership team focuses on what they do best: designing efficient business processes and leading their people. We use technology as a tool to leverage their time, not as a distraction that slows down our strategic planning.
