Tasks that require analytical decision-making can be delegated to AI if you treat the system as a junior analyst rather than a final decision-maker.

First, look at your Delegate and Elevate worksheet. Identify the analytical tasks in your bottom two quadrants that you dislike or are not good at. This might include analyzing raw customer feedback trends, compiling basic market research, or drafting initial project estimates.

Second, structure the handoff by establishing clear guardrails. You must never let the AI make a final decision that impacts a client or your cash flow without human approval.

Third, write a clear process for how the AI output is reviewed. The AI should generate the analysis or the draft, and a human with the appropriate seat on the Accountability Chart must review and sign off on it.

By delegating the heavy lifting of data compilation and initial drafting to AI, you free up your team to focus on the high-value, human-centric parts of their seats.
