Visionaries love to build, experiment, and disrupt. This is your superpower, but when you do it inside the core operational engine, you derail your team's focus and blow up their Rocks.

To solve this, you need to use your Accountability Chart to build a buffer. Keep yourself in the Visionary seat, but create a separate R&D or Innovation Lab seat. This seat must report directly to the Integrator, just like any other department.

Define the roles for this Innovation seat clearly:
- Researching future AI applications
- Building early-stage product concepts
- Testing market viability
- Handing off approved concepts to the main engineering team

By placing this seat under the Integrator, you agree to play by the rules of the Accountability Chart. You do not get to bypass the engineering department and direct developers to build your ideas. Instead, you develop concepts within your R&D sandbox.
