How do you coordinate with our existing executive business coach or strategic consultant so that your EOS facilitation and exit planning do not clash with their advice?

I do not try to override your existing advisors or create a turf war. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is highly specialized and focused on facilitating the EOS® process and helping you build exit-ready operations.

If you are already working with an executive coach or a strategic consultant, we must ensure their guidance is aligned with your V/TO®. The best way to prevent conflict is to invite transparency. Your coach is welcome to understand the tools we are using, such as the Accountability Chart and our quarterly Rock-setting process. This ensures that their individual coaching sessions with you or your executives support the commitments you made during our full-day sessions, rather than pulling you in a different direction.

However, we must maintain a strict boundary when we are in the session room. During our session days, the EOS® process is the absolute framework we follow. We do not mix methodologies or allow external consultants to alter the agenda. Your strategic consultant's market advice or your executive coach's leadership development work should feed into your Issues List as inputs, which we then solve using IDS®. This clear division of labor ensures you get the benefit of all your advisors without bloating your operations.
