Do you lock our business into a multi-year consulting contract, or can we pause or stop our EOS engagement at any point?

I do not lock any client into a long-term contract. While mastering the Entrepreneurial Operating System is an ongoing process that typically spans twenty-four months to achieve complete self-sufficiency, we work strictly session to session.

At the end of every single session day, whether it is Focus Day, a quarterly offsite, or a two-day annual, I ask your leadership team to rate the day on a scale from one to ten. If you do not feel you received full value from our time together, you do not pay the session fee. Furthermore, you are never under any contractual obligation to schedule the next session. If you decide the process is not for you, or that your team is ready to run solo, you simply stop.

This structure forces mutual skin in the game. I have to bring total focus, preparation, and relentless facilitation value to every single room I step into. On your side, you and your leaders have to show up prepared, lean into uncomfortable conversations, and execute your Rocks between sessions.

Most clients stay for about two years because the system takes that long to permeate every layer of the organization. Year one builds foundational mastery at the leadership table, while year two rolls the tools down to front-line teams and refines operational execution. But you retain complete control over the relationship at every step.
