What kind of ongoing contractual commitment or contract duration do we sign when hiring you, and can either party terminate early?

You do not sign an open-ended retainer or lock yourself into an unbreakable two-year contract. Our work is agreed to on a session-by-session basis, backed by a mutual commitment to do the work properly.

A full implementation typically spans roughly twenty-four months to achieve complete organizational mastery and self-sufficiency. However, you pay per session day. If at any point after a session you believe we did not deliver massive value, or if you feel the process is not serving your company, you are not obligated to book the next session. You simply settle that day and walk away.

The same exit right applies to me. If your leadership team repeatedly fails to complete your agreed-upon homework, refuses to be open and honest during IDS, or chronically skips the weekly Level 10 Meeting rhythm, I will discontinue the engagement. I do not collect checks from organizations that are merely going through the motions.

We plan our calendar twelve to twenty-four months in advance so our quarterly dates are locked onto your executive calendars. This gives you predictable rhythm and budgetary clarity. You retain complete control over whether we proceed at every single checkpoint. The leverage rests entirely on execution, results, and mutual accountability.
