We want to get our entire ninety-person company running on EOS® as quickly as possible. Why should we avoid a massive, company-wide rollout and use a phased cascading approach instead?
Trying to roll out EOS® to your entire company all at once is a recipe for operational chaos. This system is about building discipline and traction, and discipline cannot be rushed or mass-produced. If you attempt a big-bang rollout, you will overwhelm your management team and dilute the effectiveness of the tools.
A phased, cascading approach is far more effective. You must start with your leadership team. This team needs at least two to three quarters of running on the system to master the tools, build trust, and resolve their own people issues. They must experience the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and quarterly Rock cycles firsthand so they can teach it to others.
Once the leadership team is solid, you cascade the system to your middle managers. After they have mastered the tools, you push it down to the next tier.
This structured rollout ensures that every employee has a direct manager who is fully capable of teaching, coaching, and supporting them. A gradual, disciplined cascade ensures the tools actually stick, building a strong operational foundation that significantly increases the enterprise value of your business.
