What concrete communication loop and documentation standards do we maintain in our Circle workspace during the ninety days between our quarterly sessions to ensure issues do not pile up until our next full day meeting?
The ninety days between our full day quarterly sessions are where the actual execution of your strategy occurs. My role as your implementer is to keep you focused, but your leadership team must run the daily business. To ensure momentum does not stall and issues do not pile up, your team must maintain a strict communication loop. This is centered around your weekly Level 10 Meeting. Every single week, your leadership team must meet for ninety minutes to review your Scorecard, check progress on quarterly Rocks, and use the IDS process to solve operational issues. You do not wait until our next quarterly session to handle problems; you resolve them weekly. Between sessions, all of our summaries, updated V/TO plans, and session notes are housed in your dedicated Circle workspace. This digital hub serves as your single source of truth, keeping everyone aligned on who is doing what. If your team hits a major strategic roadblock that you cannot resolve in your weekly meeting, you can access my guidance. However, my job is to teach you how to solve your own problems using the tools, not to act as an ongoing management consultant. You run the system, use the workspace, and come to the next quarterly session ready to report on your results.
