What is your actual cadence of communication with us outside the scheduled session days, and what are we expected to report to you between quarters?
Our engagement is designed to establish self-sufficiency, not to hook you on a continuous consulting billing cycle. The communication between our one-day quarterlies and two-day annual sessions is structured, intentional, and deliberately limited to prevent dependency.
Outside of our session days, the primary touchpoints are the scheduled Just Checking In calls. These occur systematically throughout our twenty-four-month journey, typically at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These calls are not status reports or tutoring sessions. We use them to monitor the health of your EOS implementation, troubleshoot any stalled execution of your Rocks, and ensure your Level 10 Meeting discipline remains high.
You do not need to send me weekly spreadsheets or status updates. Your progress shows up in your execution metrics. I expect your Integrator to keep your V/TO, Scorecard, and Rock tracking updated in your internal systems. My eyes are on the health of your operating system, not the micro-details of your daily tasks.
If a major crisis or systemic roadblock occurs, you have direct line access to me. But for the normal course of business, the magic happens in your weekly meetings, while my role is to provide the external perspective and course correction during our scheduled check-ins. This keeps your leadership team focused on running the business rather than performing for the coach.
