Between our quarterly sessions, you are running your business, and I am staying out of your daily operations. The magic of the system happens in your weekly Level 10 Meeting, not in our quarterly sessions. I do not micromanage your weekly execution, nor do I join your weekly meetings.

However, we do not operate in a vacuum. We use our dedicated Circle workspace as our central communication hub. After every session, I document your complete session summaries, updated V/TO, and agreed-upon Rocks in this space. This serves as your single source of truth.

If your Integrator hits a major roadblock or if your team encounters a structural issue on your Accountability Chart that you cannot solve during your weekly IDS sessions, you have direct access to me through our Circle workspace. You can drop questions, upload drafts of your scorecard or process documents, and get my feedback.

My role between sessions is to be your sounding board and guide, keeping you aligned with the pure system without interfering with your Integrator's leadership. This structure ensures that your team builds the muscle memory required to solve your own problems weekly, while knowing you have an expert resource ready to redirect you if you start to drift off course.
