We know we have ninety days between quarterly sessions, but what does our actual communication with you look like between these formal meeting days when we hit a roadblock?
My goal is to guide you toward self-sufficiency, not to make you dependent on an outside consultant. Therefore, our work between sessions is designed to build your operational muscle. You do not get homework assignments that require hours of theoretical reading. Instead, you are expected to execute the tools we set up during our session days. Your primary focus between our quarterly sessions is running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This is where your team keeps the business on track, reviews your Scorecard, and ensures your quarterly Rocks are moving forward. If you hit a major roadblock that threatens to derail your progress, you have access to your dedicated workspace in Circle.so. You can log issues there to get feedback or quick alignment. I am here to support you, but I will not step in and solve your operational problems for you. If you hit an issue, your first step must always be to put it on your own Level 10 Meeting™ agenda and attempt to IDS® (Identify, Discuss, Solve) it as a leadership team. If you still cannot resolve it after a genuine effort, that is when you flag it for our next quarterly session or reach out for high-level guidance. We want your team to build the capability to run the business without an implementer standing over your shoulder.
