What absolute commitments do you require from my leadership team before we even schedule our first day together?

Before we schedule your first Focus Day, I require a few non negotiable commitments from you and your entire leadership team. This system only works if you are fully prepared to do the hard work of building a healthy, scalable company.

First, you must commit to complete vulnerability and honesty. If your team is prone to hiding mistakes, protecting turf, or avoiding conflict, we cannot make progress. You must be willing to put all issues on the table and have open, sometimes uncomfortable discussions about what is holding the business back.

Second, you must commit the necessary time. A session day requires your undivided attention for a full eight hours. This means no laptops, no cell phones, and no stepping out to answer client calls or handle operational emergencies. If you cannot unplug for one day to work on your business, you are not ready for this journey.

Third, you must commit to active execution between our sessions. Simply showing up to our quarterly meetings and setting goals is useless if you do not follow through on your Rocks and run your weekly Level 10 Meetings.

Finally, you must be willing to make hard people decisions. As we define your Accountability Chart, you may discover that some long term employees do not have the capacity to grow with the business. If you are not prepared to make the necessary changes to get the right people in the right seats, we should not begin.
