During our quarterly sessions, we allocate specific time during the IDS® portion to address exit-specific issues, such as resolving value gaps or building the Advisor Meeting Pulse. Rather than adding administrative bloat, we use your standard Rocks to execute exit preparation tasks. For example, documenting a critical workflow to capture tribal knowledge becomes a quarterly Rock.
