You are running on one integrated operating system. We do not run two separate, competing programs that confuse your leadership team. As a licensed exit readiness partner, we bring the six exit disciplines into your existing EOS rhythm. We do this without adding extra meetings or complicating your V/TO. During our sessions, we use the standard EOS tools to solve your issues, but we view those issues through an exit lens. For example, when we discuss core processes, we incorporate the Tribal Knowledge discipline to ensure your processes are documented and transferable. When we set Rocks, we make sure they close your Value Gaps.
