My Integrator is struggling to keep up with our new operating cadence. How does your coaching during our quarterly sessions help them step into their seat, and how do we know if they are the wrong fit?
The Integrator seat is the hardest role to fill in an EOS®-run company. They are responsible for running the daily operations and holding the team accountable to their weekly goals. During our quarterly session days, we shine a direct light on whether your Integrator truly GWC™ their seat: meaning they Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it.
We use our session days to evaluate their performance against your Scorecard and Rocks. I coach your Integrator on how to run highly effective Level 10 Meeting™ structures and how to manage the friction between your visionary ideas and daily execution.
If your Integrator is struggling, we will identify whether it is a temporary skill deficit or a fundamental mismatch in their natural strengths. If they lack the innate conative wiring to manage detail and hold people accountable, we will address it honestly during our session. We do not drag out personnel issues; we use the Accountability Chart to make the right structural decisions for the health of the business.
