If our Integrator is struggling to keep the leadership team accountable to their Rocks between our sessions, what is your role as our external implementer in addressing this bottleneck?

As your external implementer, I do not manage your people or police your daily commitments. That is the job of your Integrator. If your Integrator is struggling to keep the leadership team accountable to their Rocks between our sessions, we address this as a structural and behavioral issue during our quarterly planning days. We do not wait for the end of the quarter to see if things are failing. During our session days, I will help the Integrator diagnose why accountability is breaking down. We look at whether the Rocks were set properly using the SMART criteria, whether the team members actually GWC™ their seats, or if there is a deeper trust issue within the leadership team. I will coach your Integrator on how to use the Level 10 Meeting™ structure to hold team members accountable without micromanaging. If a leadership team member repeatedly misses their commitments, we treat it as an issue to be solved using IDS® in our session. My role is to teach your Integrator the tools and confidence they need to lead effectively. I provide the objective mirror that shows where your leadership team is slipping, but your Integrator must hold the line on daily execution to build a truly self-sustaining business.
