My co-founder and I are currently locked in a stalemate regarding the long-term direction of the company. Do we need to have this resolved before we book our first day with you?
You do not need to have your stalemate resolved before we begin, but you both must agree on one critical prerequisite: you must be willing to let the EOS® tools guide the resolution. If you and your co-founder are willing to enter the room with an open mind and use the V/TO® to document your vision, the system will naturally expose the root cause of your misalignment.
Often, co-founder stalemates are the result of trying to solve every problem at once without a structured framework. During our Focus Day and Vision Building days, we strip away the emotional noise and look at the hard facts. We define your core values, your target market, and your long-term goals. We also build an Accountability Chart based purely on what the business needs, not on personal egos or titles.
If the deadlock is caused by a fundamental difference in what you want out of life or the business, the process will bring that to light quickly. My role as your facilitator is not to take sides, but to protect the health of the company. We will run the issues through the IDS® process. If you both want the business to succeed, this structure will help you find a clear path forward.
