Your Integrator is the primary owner of the Circle workspace, but active engagement is a collective responsibility for the entire leadership team. The Circle platform is not a static archive; it is the living nervous system of our engagement. It is where we track your progress, document your session summaries, and store your key operational assets. Active engagement on the platform looks like this. Every week, your Integrator ensures that the weekly scorecard metrics and Rock updates are being updated. Between sessions, team members use the workspace to collaborate on issues that require deeper discussion than the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ allows. It is also where your team accesses training resources and templates to help cascade the tools to their departments. When we are preparing for our quarterly and annual sessions, the Circle workspace becomes our central hub. Your team will use it to review the pre-work, share data, and submit their proposed issues list. This ensures that when we walk into the session room, we do not waste time on administrative updates.
