You mention documenting everything in a dedicated Circle.so workspace. How do we integrate your session notes and homework tracking with our existing internal project management tools without creating double work for our executive assistant?
The dedicated Circle.so workspace serves as our single source of truth for our engagement, but it is not meant to replace your internal project management tools. I use this space to archive our session summaries, track homework, and store your V/TO® and Accountability Chart updates.
To prevent double work, your executive assistant or Integrator only needs to spend ten minutes after each session copying our agreed-upon Rocks and issues into your existing internal system. Your team should manage their weekly tasks where they already work, whether that is Monday.com, Asana, or a specialized EOS® software.
The Circle.so workspace is for governance, high-level tracking, and resource access. It is where you find the materials for your upcoming sessions, access my training modules, and review progress over the twenty-four-month journey. Keeping these spaces distinct keeps your daily operations separate from the strategic oversight of our implementation.
