The Circle workspace serves as the single source of truth for our work together. It is not an administrative archive or a passive digital folder. It is an active tool designed to prevent the loss of momentum that often occurs in the ninety days between our live sessions.

After every session, all summaries, updated V/TO® documents, and agreed-upon Rocks are documented in this space. This ensures complete transparency. There is no debate about what was agreed to, who owns which priority, or what the specific expectations are for the upcoming quarter.

If your team ignores this workspace, it is a clear indicator of a deeper operational issue. It typically means they are also ignoring their weekly Level 10 Meeting™ discipline and failing to track their Rocks. When I see lack of engagement in the workspace, I address it directly at our next quarterly session.

We do not ignore behavior that compromises execution. If a team member is not using the tools, we will use the IDS® process to identify the root cause. This digital environment is a tool to support your execution, but the commitment to accountability must come from your leadership team. Utilizing the workspace is a non-negotiable part of our agreement to work together.
