How do you use the Circle workspace to keep us honest and aligned between our sessions, and what happens if our team stops updating it?
The Circle workspace functions as the single source of truth for our engagement. It is not just an archive of past meetings. It is an active environment where we document session summaries, track homework, and store your V/TO® and Accountability Chart.
Between our quarterly sessions, this digital space keeps your team honest by providing complete transparency. If a leader falls behind on their Rocks or fails to update their weekly Scorecard, there is nowhere to hide. The workspace makes execution, or the lack thereof, visible to the entire leadership team.
If your team stops updating the workspace, it is a clear warning sign that your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ discipline is breaking down. When this happens, I do not wait until our next quarterly session to intervene. We address the lapse immediately. I will reach out to your Integrator to identify the root cause of the breakdown. Often, a failure to update the workspace points to a deeper issue, such as a leader who is overwhelmed, a seat that is poorly defined, or a general lack of accountability. By using the workspace as an early warning system, we can catch these operational drifts before they derail your entire quarter.
