What is our weekly commitment to updating our progress on Circle between sessions, and who on our team is responsible for managing that portal?
Maintaining momentum between our quarterly session days requires a structured, lightweight communication routine. We use our Circle platform to keep your leadership team aligned, but we design the process to avoid adding administrative friction to your daily work.
Your primary commitment on Circle is to maintain transparency regarding your quarterly progress. This is not a place for daily chat. Instead, your Integrator is responsible for ensuring that your quarterly session outputs, including your updated V/TO, Accountability Chart, and final Rock lists, are documented in our shared workspace immediately following our session.
Throughout the quarter, your leadership team members are expected to update the status of their Rocks and exit readiness priorities. This should take no more than ten minutes per week, typically done right before your weekly Level 10 Meeting.
By centralizing our communications on Circle, we eliminate the need for endless email threads and status update meetings. It provides your leadership team, your exit advisors, and me with a single, real-time view of your progress. This transparency ensures that if a Rock is slipping or an operational issue arises, we can identify it and resolve it before it impacts your quarterly results.
