Hitting your ninety percent To-Do completion rate means nothing if the quality of the completed work is so poor that it has to be re-done. This check-the-box behavior is a sign of artificial harmony and a lack of true accountability on your leadership team.

When a team member marks a To-Do as done in the Level 10 Meeting™, but the work is incomplete or subpar, other team members must speak up immediately. Do not accept the task as complete. Instead, mark it as not done, drop it to the Issues List, and address the quality gap during the IDS® portion of the meeting.

Use this discussion to clarify the standard of execution required for leadership team commitments. This is ultimately a GWC™ issue. If a leader consistently delivers rushed, subpar work, they either do not understand their role, do not want the responsibility, or lack the capacity to execute at a leadership level. Call out the behavior directly to protect your execution velocity.
