Solving critical issues in your leadership Level 10 Meeting™ is useless if those solutions remain trapped in the heads of your executive team. When communication lags, departments continue working under old assumptions, which creates confusion and misalignment across the entire organization.

To bridge this gap, you must use the last five minutes of your Level 10 Meeting™ for the Cascading Messages section. This is a non-negotiable part of the standard agenda. Before anyone leaves the room, the facilitator must ask the team, "What did we decide today that needs to be communicated to the rest of the company?"

Review your completed to-dos and the issues you solved during IDS®. Identify the specific decisions that impact other teams, clients, or partners. For each item, decide exactly who will deliver the message, how it will be delivered, and when.

The message must be delivered with one voice. If there was disagreement during the meeting, that disagreement ends once a decision is made. Every leader must present a united front to their departments. By dedicating those final five minutes to alignment, you ensure that your leadership decisions are executed quickly and consistently across the entire organization, protecting your team trust and operational focus.
