The power of the Level 10 Meeting is in its rigid consistency. When departments begin to alter the agenda, the structure collapses, and you lose the alignment necessary to scale your operations. You must enforce absolute consistency across all teams.

First, mandate that every departmental meeting must use the exact same ninety-minute agenda, starting and ending on time, on the same day and time every week. This consistency builds operational trust and makes it easy for leaders to transition between different team meetings.

Second, ensure that every department leader, who sits on the leadership team, is thoroughly trained as a facilitator. They must understand the psychology behind each section of the agenda, from the five-minute segue to the sixty-minute IDS portion. They must act as the guardians of the structure.

Third, conduct periodic audits. The Integrator or an EOS champion should sit in on departmental meetings once a quarter to observe, rate, and provide coaching to the facilitator. This keeps everyone accountable and ensures the entire organization is speaking the same language as you prepare the business for a clean exit.
