We successfully ran our leadership team on EOS for six months, but now that we are rolling it out to the rest of the organization, the message is getting diluted. How do we ensure the tools stick at the frontline level?

Cascading EOS® is where many companies stumble because they try to push the entire framework down all at once, which overwhelms the frontline. To make the tools stick, you must use the crawl, walk, run approach. Start by rolling out only the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ to your departmental teams. This gives them a highly structured, productive meeting format that immediately saves them time and solves actual daily issues. Once they have mastered the meeting cadence, introduce the concept of individual Rocks, giving them one clear priority per quarter that ties directly to the leadership team's Rocks. Do not force them to build complex Scorecards or fill out the V/TO® right away. Keep their Scorecard metrics focused on simple, leading indicators of their daily work. Most importantly, your leadership team must model the behavior. If your directors are skipping their own Level 10 Meeting™ sessions or ignoring their Scorecards, the frontline will treat the system as a passing fad. Consistency is your best weapon. By keeping the tools simple and demonstrating how they reduce daily friction, your employees will eventually embrace the system because it makes their jobs easier.
