Beyond the standard prep work, what structural and financial baseline must our business actually meet before it makes operational sense to hire you as our Professional EOS Implementer®?

To make working with me operationally viable, your business must have a leadership team of at least three to eight people. If you are a solo founder or only have one partner with no supporting managers, you do not need a Professional EOS Implementer® yet. You need to hire key leaders first. Financially, your business should generally be generating at least two million dollars in annual revenue. This threshold ensures you have the resources to invest in building your seat capacity and can actually execute on the strategic decisions we make in our sessions. Structurally, you must be willing to transition from running the business by raw personality to running it through a scalable system. This means the visionary or founder must be ready to empower an Integrator to run the day-to-day operations. We also require your leadership team to complete the Kolbe A Index before our first Focus Day. This assessment measures your conative wiring, which is your natural way of taking action. Understanding whether your team consists of high Fact Finders or Quick Starts is critical because it dictates how we structure your Accountability Chart and establish your initial Scorecard. If you do not have these baselines ready, we will spend our valuable session days fighting structural drag rather than executing the system.
