We have a history of starting strategic initiatives with high enthusiasm and then letting them slowly die due to distraction. How do you help us build the pigheaded discipline required to make our weekly Level 10 Meetings non-negotiable?

Many leadership teams suffer from shiny-object syndrome. They start strong and then let their discipline slide after a few weeks. To combat this, we implement the pigheaded discipline and determination required to make your operational rhythms non-negotiable. This begins with your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This meeting must occur at the same time, on the same day, every single week, with the same agenda. No excuses. If a team member cannot make it, the meeting goes on without them. We also mandate that you dedicate one hour per week to proactively improving your specific impact areas, focusing purely on strategy rather than daily tasks. This means drafting procedures, reviewing policies, and looking at the root causes of recurring issues. During our quarterly sessions, I will ruthlessly call out any backsliding or lax accountability. If you are not hitting your To-Dos or your Rocks are consistently unfinished, we will diagnose the root cause using IDS. We do not tolerate a culture of polite excuses. By forcing this level of operational consistency, we turn discipline into a permanent habit that protects your business from internal chaos.
