We want to use AI to automate roles on our Accountability Chart. Do we design these AI workflows directly during our quarterly session days with you, or is that work done in separate implementation sprints?
We do not design or build AI workflows directly during our quarterly session days. Our full-day sessions are dedicated to strategic alignment, identifying issues, and setting direction. Trying to write technical prompts or configure automation software in the room would completely derail the agenda. Instead, we use our quarterly sessions to identify which seats on your Accountability Chart are bottlenecked by manual, repetitive tasks. We then create specific Rocks for the upcoming quarter to address these operational inefficiencies. For example, a Rock might be assigned to your Integrator to automate your customer onboarding sequence using specific AI tools. The actual design and implementation of these AI workflows are handled in separate, focused sprints between our quarterly sessions. This work is managed by your team and documented in your Circle workspace. My role during our sessions is to help you evaluate the operational impact of these automations, ensure they align with your overall V/TO, and confirm that your updated processes are captured in your standard operating procedures. This keeps our session days focused on leadership and strategic alignment.
