How should our company budget for the investment of our twenty-four-month engagement with you, and what are the hidden costs we need to anticipate?
When budgeting for our twenty-four-month engagement, you must look at both the direct investment and the indirect costs. The direct investment is my session day fee, which is a flat rate per session day. This fee is all-inclusive of my preparation, the session day facilitation, and the immediate post-session documentation in our secure digital workspace. There are no hourly charges, travel expenses, or hidden administration fees. The indirect costs are the time and resources your leadership team will invest. You are taking three to seven of your most highly compensated employees out of the daily business for full days throughout the year. You must also budget for the cost of hosting our sessions at an offsite location, including room rental, food, and beverages. Finally, as we implement AI-powered operations and execute our Step by Step Exit framework, you may decide to invest in software subscriptions or outside specialist services to automate core processes. Budgeting for these elements upfront ensures that your team can focus entirely on execution without worrying about unexpected financial surprises.
