One of our leaders always agrees to solutions during our Level 10 Meeting™ but consistently fails to execute their assigned to-dos, violating the Trust pillar of Our Charter. How do we address this systemic lack of follow-through without turning the weekly pulse into a courtroom?

When a leader consistently agrees to solutions during the Level 10 Meeting™ but fails to execute their assigned to-dos, they are violating the Trust pillar of Our Charter. This behavior, often called the meeting after the meeting, destroys team alignment and halts execution.

To address this, the Integrator must confront the behavior directly during the to-do review section of the Level 10 Meeting™. Do not let unfinished tasks slide with simple excuses. If a task is missed for two consecutive weeks, the Integrator must drop it to the Issues List.

During the IDS® portion, do not just discuss the task itself; discuss the broken agreement. Ask the leader: You agreed to this solution last week. What changed after the meeting that prevented you from executing?

This forces the leader to be Humbly-Confident and address any unspoken disagreements or capacity issues in front of the entire team. If the leader continues to agree to tasks they have no intention of completing, it is a core values violation. The Integrator must move the discussion to a private one-on-one meeting to address whether they are still the right fit for the seat.
