We are great at setting goals when you are in the room, but we historically fall flat on execution. How do you help us bridge the gap between our high-energy quarterly sessions and the daily grind of running the business?
Setting ambitious quarterly goals is easy; executing them consistently over the next ninety days is where most leadership teams fail. I do not leave you to navigate this gap alone. The primary bridge between our high-energy session days and your daily operations is the weekly Level 10 Meeting™. During our sessions, I teach your team how to run this highly disciplined, ninety-minute weekly meeting. This structure ensures that your quarterly Rocks remain front and center, rather than getting buried under daily fires. Every week, your team will report on whether their Rocks are on track or off track, and any obstacles are immediately dropped into the IDS® list to be solved. I also help you build strategic pauses into your weekly schedules. Many teams fail to execute because they are running at maximum capacity with zero white space to think. By creating intentional, unscheduled time during your workweek, your leaders actually have the capacity to work on their strategic priorities. While I do not participate in your weekly meetings, I review your progress and hold you accountable to this execution discipline during our next quarterly session.
