My role is to be your facilitator, teacher, and coach. I am here to help you implement the EOS tools, guide you through the Step by Step Exit framework, and help you think strategically about AI operations. I do not run your business, and I do not do the work for you.

During our session days, I keep you on track, challenge your assumptions, and help you resolve conflicts. I will help you identify opportunities to automate processes using AI, but I will not write the code or configure the software. I will help you define your exit goals and value gaps, but I am not your investment banker, tax attorney, or wealth manager.

When we hit areas that require specialized technical or legal execution, I will tell you clearly. For example, if you need a formal business valuation, complex tax structuring, or custom software development, you must hire outside specialists.

I can help you define the scope of what you need and help you hold those specialists accountable, but I will not step across the line into direct execution. This boundary is critical. It ensures I remain an objective facilitator who can hold your team accountable without getting bogged down in the tactical weeds of technical or legal delivery.
