I know you are a Professional EOS Implementer, but we also want to incorporate other frameworks like Kolbe and AI-driven operations. How do you blend pure EOS with these external tools without making our operating model a messy hybrid?

I am a Professional EOS® Implementer, but I do not believe in forcing your business into a rigid, one-size-fits-all box. EOS® is your core operating system, the baseline infrastructure of your business. External tools like Kolbe indexes, CliftonStrengths, and AI-driven operations are powerful applications that we run on top of that system. We blend these elements by using them to solve real problems during our sessions, rather than treating them as separate academic exercises. For example, when we build your Accountability Chart, we use your team's Kolbe and Strengths profiles to ensure the right people are in the right seats and actually have the conative wiring to succeed. When we discuss scaling through AI, we do not let it become an overly technical distraction. Instead, we run the proposed AI initiatives through our standard IDS® process, evaluating their impact on your scorecards and customer experience. My job is to ensure that any advanced tool or technology you introduce directly supports your V/TO® and increases your overall enterprise value, keeping your operating model clean, streamlined, and free of unnecessary complexity.
