Between our scheduled full-day quarterly sessions, I do not participate in your weekly operations, and I do not attend your weekly Level 10 Meetings™. You have direct access to me via email or phone for brief, strategic check-ins when you face a challenge that threatens your progress. If your team is struggling to solve a critical issue using the IDS® process, or if you run into a structural debate while refining your Accountability Chart™, you can reach out for guidance.

I will help you apply the EOS® tools correctly to resolve the issue yourself, rather than telling you what decision to make. This keeps your team highly accountable while ensuring you do not get stuck or lose momentum.
