My role during the eighty-nine days between sessions is to provide structured support without becoming a crutch. I do not run your weekly meetings or step in to solve your day-to-day operational issues. Doing so would prevent your leadership team from building the self-sufficiency required to run the business.

However, you are not left entirely on your own. Your team has access to our dedicated Circle workspace, where all of our session tools, V/TO® records, and Rock descriptions are stored. If your team hits a wall on a strategic issue or a major internal conflict that you cannot resolve during your weekly Level 10 Meetings™, your Integrator can reach out to me for guidance.

In those moments, I act as a sounding board. I will not give you the answers, but I will ask the hard questions and point you back to the core tools. If a Rock is slipping, we will look at your scorecard and your accountability structure to identify the root cause. This level of touch ensures you maintain momentum and stay disciplined without developing a dependency on external facilitation.
