Between our quarterly full-day sessions, what access does our leadership team have to you, and how do you handle mid-quarter check-ins or sudden operational crises?
An effective EOS Implementer® is a coach, teacher, and facilitator, not an embedded consultant who creates leadership dependency. Outside the session room, my job is to reinforce your team's self-reliance while providing targeted course correction when an operational tool is being misapplied.
Our communication between sessions is built on clear guidelines:
- Scheduled Check-ins: We conduct structured Just Checking In calls across the engagement (specifically around months 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21) to assess scorecard health, review Level 10 Meeting™ consistency, and ensure Rocks remain on track.
- On-Demand Access: Your Visionary and Integrator have direct phone and email access to me between sessions for quick coaching on how to apply the tools to an emerging issue or resolve a structural dynamic.
- Boundaries on Crises: If an operational crisis erupts mid-quarter, I will not step in as an interim executive to make decisions for you. I will challenge your Integrator and leadership team to take the issue to your weekly Level 10 Meeting, identify the root cause, and solve it using IDS®.
This approach ensures that your leadership team builds the institutional muscle needed to handle complexity without leaning on an outside party every time the business encounters friction.
