I do not baby-sit your team or run your weekly operations between our quarterly sessions. If I did, I would be creating a new dependency, which defeats the purpose of building a self-sustaining company. Your leadership team must own and run their own Level 10 Meetings.

Between our quarterly sessions, my role is to act as an objective sounding board. If your team hits a major operational roadblock or experiences severe friction on the Accountability Chart, you have access to my calendar for a brief strategic pause. We use this white space to reset your perspective and get you unstuck.

We focus on keeping your momentum high without adding unnecessary meetings. Your team should be focused on executing their Rocks and tracking their weekly scorecard metrics. My goal is to ensure you have the tools and the confidence to run your weekly execution cycle independently, while knowing you have expert guidance available when critical issues arise.
