The magic of EOS® does not happen in the session room; it happens in the eighty-nine days between our meetings. However, my role is not to micromanage your daily operations or act as an external supervisor. You do not need to send me weekly status updates or cc me on your internal emails.

Instead, we establish a structured, low-friction loop using your dedicated digital workspace on Circle.so. Immediately following our session, your agreed-upon V/TO®, updated Accountability Chart, and final Rocks are locked in this workspace. Your primary communication loop with me is maintaining the discipline of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and updating your Rock progress transparently in that system.

If a major roadblock or structural issue arises that you cannot resolve during your weekly IDS® sessions, you can use our workspace to flag the issue for my input. I monitor your progress asynchronously to ensure your execution remains aligned. If I notice your team missing multiple weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions or lagging on Rock completion, I will proactively reach out to your Integrator to address the drift before it derails your entire quarter.
